How it works

1. Your dedicated BPM business consultant conducts an initial kick-off with your team.  
2. Before the workshops, the BPM business consultant will review any existing ARIS QA checks, ARIS conventions and housekeeping activities.  
3. During the QA workshop, the BPM business consultant explains the overall QA framework and demonstrates best practices for the respective areas, such as QA modeling checklist or regular QA review activities.  
4. Based on your ARIS environment, the BPM business consultant will modify the ARIS QA Checklists for Modelers and ARIS Quality Assurance Reviewers    
5. Any minor updates of existing ARIS semantic checks and reports provided in this offer are adjusted by the ARIS Reporting Consultant.  
6. After the QA checklists and accelerators are deployed, tested and ready in your environment, a dedicated ARIS Library Concept workshop is conducted to explain how to manage and organize commonly used ARIS content.   
7. ARIS libraries and supporting accelerators are then implemented for a selected ARIS database.  
8. Once this information is gathered, the BPM business consultant will define recommendations of ongoing ARIS housekeeping activities.  
9. Finally, a knowledge transition session is conducted, and the ARIS quality assurance framework is transitioned to the customer.
