How it works
Our “Active ARIS BPM” service is structured in phases to ensure a rapid and effective implementation based upon proven best practices:
Key assumptions
- ARIS contract is signed.
- ARIS environment has been installed/fully deployed (for additional support with on-premises installation, please contact us).
- Customer must provide ARIS Consultants with Administrator access to the ARIS environment for preparation and during the engagement.
- This offer is governed by the Professional Services Terms and Conditions.
- Services will be provided during business days and business hours as defined in the ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.
- All content, guidelines, and accelerators will be provided in English.
- All business will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed to by ARIS
Consultant and Customer.
Prerequisites:
Usage of ARIS 10 Service Release 26 or higher.
ARIS resources
- One BPM Business Consultant
- One Technical Consultant (SSO setup & configuration)
- For Enterprise Private / On-Premises: One APG Configuration Consultant (for Release Cycle Management)

Logistics
- To be scheduled within 3–6 weeks of signing the Order Form. Delivery of the consultancy services must be completed within one year of signing the Order Form.
- Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and accommodation costs (if applicable) will be invoiced as set out in the Order Form concluded between the parties.
- ARIS Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request.
