This offer provides from 5 days of ARIS consultancy and mentoring. Services are tailored to support activities such as:
- ARIS modeling and conventions
- ARIS governance, release cycle, or portal configuration
- ARIS process mining use cases
- ARIS administration and operational setup
- Coaching on customer-specific ARIS challenges or use cases
How does it work?
- Customer defines specific mentoring and delivery needs.
- ARIS Professional Services identifies and assigns an experienced ARIS consultant.
- A kick-off meeting sets expectations, success criteria, and engagement structure.
- Consultant begins delivery and mentoring once prerequisites are in place.

By the end of this engagement, your team will:

Consultant and Customer.
Prerequisites:
Usage of ARIS 10 Service Release 26 or higher.
Key Assumptions
- Customer provides ARIS Professional Services consultants with the necessary IT and ARIS environmental access.
- Customer shares business usage information and functional requirements relevant to the activities.
- Services are delivered in English unless otherwise agreed.
- Services are governed by the ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Logistics
To be scheduled within 2-4 weeks of signing Order Form.
The agreed service days and pricing remain valid until the contract end date, with a maximum validity of twelve (12) months from the date of signing.
Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as set out in the Order Form concluded between the parties.
