- LDAP or Kerberos integration (available via separate mentoring service)
- Custom scripting or advanced ARIS configurations
- New ARIS Process Governance Engine / ARIS Flows configurations
- Data migration or import/export of models or content
- Operational monitoring or long-term environment support
- Installation of third-party systems or tool
Key assumptions
- Customer provides timely access to required systems, credentials, and network connections
- All infrastructure and prerequisites (VMs, DBMS, certificates) are ready before engagement starts
- Customer’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is available for SSO and SCIM-related configuration
- Service delivery is in English unless otherwise agreed
