Gain the knowledge and structure it needs to turn your BPM data into a strategic asset, making clear insights of the enterprise available for all stakeholders while also helping to drive and govern your Business Transformation initiatives.
How it works
- The consultant conducts a comprehensive introduction, using an example use case, on how to use ARIS Dashboards, create data feeds and dashboards, how to configure Context Sensitivity, and position dashboards in ARIS Connect.
- Next, the consultant will support you in setting up the default OOTB ARIS Dashboards, selecting relevant use cases, and making them operational within your ARIS environment.
- Once the OOTB dashboards are operational, the consultant will guide you through the BPM Performance Framework Accelerators, selecting a sample for deployment and enhancement based on your primary BPM reporting needs.
- Finally, you’ll receive a knowledge-transition session to hand over the configured ARIS Dashboard.
After the knowledge transition session, you may flexibly use up to 16 advisory support hours within six (6) weeks in consultation with the BPM Business Consultant.

By the end of this engagement, you will have received support to:
- Deploy and configure out-of-the-box dashboards.
- Deploy and configure the ARIS BPM Performance Framework Accelerator Dashboards.
- Establish an effective BPM governance and performance reporting framework to drive BPM maturity and adoption.
- Become self-sufficient in developing ARIS Dashboards.
- Provide stakeholders with clear insights for better decision-making through dashboard visualization.
