The ARIS Controlled Content Lifecycle (CCL) solution is continuously developed and maintained by ARIS Professional Services to ensure alignment with major product releases, evolving governance best practices, and new solution capabilities. While the Fast Track Service establishes the baseline configuration and enables your teams through knowledge transfer, ongoing maintenance is required through a yearly subscription to protect and extend the long-term value of your investment.

Enhanced Support ensures your CCL environment remains fully operational and future-ready by covering release compatibility updates, configuration merges, access to new solution features, and support for customer-specific workflow changes. This also removes the need for your internal teams to maintain deep CCL-specific or technical ARIS Governance expertise, while ensuring your governance framework continues to evolve in line with business, compliance, and organizational requirements.

Assumptions

1. Customer’s ARIS platform runs on Software AG Cloud or on-premises with an active ARIS licenses for either ARIS Process Governance Engine or ARIS Flows (from Q4 2026).
2. At least one of the following modules is in place: ARIS Release Change Management or Document Governance.
3. Engagement is conducted in English.
4. Services delivered during standard business days and hours per ARIS Professional Services Terms

Prerequisites

• Access to ARIS environments
• Config or test environment
• Enterprise cloud with minimum M-size (not public enterprise cloud)
• Nominated business and technical owners
• Completion of readiness questionnaire
• Discovery workshop participation
• Governance decision makers available for approvals

Duration/Location

Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes:

Logistics

• Scheduling will occur within 2-4 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
• Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties
