Scope
The Integrate ARIS Fast Track Service enables the rapid integration of ARIS with enterprise applications, platforms, and authoritative data sources to establish trusted data flows and a connected operational ecosystem.
The service supports the following integration approaches:
1. ARIS API-Led Integration
- Utilize ARIS APIs to enable third-party systems to create, read, update, and manage information within ARIS.
- Support the exchange of process, organizational, application, technology, and other reference data required to maintain a trusted source of information.
- Note: ARIS API licenses must be procured by the customer where required.
2.Third-Party API-Led Integration
- Configure and develop integration scripts that consume exposed APIs from third-party applications.
- Extract and transform data from external systems for consumption within ARIS.
- Enable the synchronization of key reference datasets and metadata across the enterprise landscape.
Advanced Integration Scenarios
For more complex requirements, including bi-directional integrations, orchestration across multiple systems, or solutions combining ARIS APIs with third-party APIs, the service can be extended and tailored to meet specific business and technical objectives
What’s Included
- One integration implementation for a single source system
- Synchronization of one object type and one relationship type
- Basic transformation and mapping configuration
- Basic logging and error reporting capability
- Integration design, configuration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- On-demand execution (manual trigger; automated scheduling not included)
How does it work?
Our “Integrate ARIS” service is structured in phases to ensure a smooth and impactful experience:

Key Assumptions
- Customer provides ARIS administrative access and access to relevant third-party API resources.
- Third-party APIs are available, documented, and validated prior to implementation.
- Required ARIS API licenses are provided by the customer where applicable.
- Scope is limited to the configuration and testing of existing APIs; new API development is excluded.
- Data is imported into agreed ARIS repositories according to the defined mapping and integration design.
- Integration assumes REST APIs using JSON-based data exchange.
Duration/Location
The Integrate ARIS Fast Track Service provides a fast and efficient approach to establishing trusted connectivity between ARIS and enterprise applications, with a typical delivery timeframe of 7 consulting days per source system.
Where additional complexity, customization, or multi-system integration requirements exist, the engagement can be scaled through additional professional services tailored to your needs.
