How it works
- Working with the consultant, you will identify BPMN processes from your existing tool for a test migration.
- During the kickoff session, you will review the migrated processes with the consultant.
- You will work with the consultant to define library objects and structures and transfer BPMN expertise from the legacy tool.
- Next, the consultant will work with you to import the BPMN files, setup library groups and structures, and build a library with reports.
- Then, the consultant will create a report with an overview of the migrated processes and created library objects.
- Finally, the consultant will deliver the database and make recommendations for further improvements.

- Analyze and test exported BPMN data.
- Adjust mappings and imported data.
