Small (S) – 5 Business Days
- For smaller teams transitioning with minor ARIS configurations.
- Migration of one ARIS Environment (Production)
- Basic technical setup and cloud provisioning
- User acceptance testing (UAT) support
- Knowledge transfer session
Medium (M) – 10 Business Days
- For mid-sized deployments with ARIS configurations / multiple instances
- Migration of multiple ARIS environments (Test & Production)
- Technical setup, including Identity & Access
- Management (IAM) and SSO
- Functional validation and regression testing
- Best practice workshops for cloud adoption
- Change management support.
Large (L) – 20 Business Days
- For large-scale deployments with complex security and/or configurations /customisations
- Migration of enterprise-wide ARIS environments
- Functional validation and regression testing
- Full technical setup, including API integrations and security protocols
- Extended knowledge transfer and post-migration support
The engagement includes the review of your current environment to size the duration to optimize the migration experience and results.

Key Assumptions
- Customer’s current version of ARIS is running on-premises.
- The customer has an active ARIS Cloud Services contract.
- The ARIS Consultant has access to the appropriate customer personnel associated with ARIS solution architecture and design.

Prerequisites
- ARIS will provide a migration readiness checklist that must be completed before the engagement begins.
- The customer’s ARIS Cloud environment must be provisioned prior to migration activities.

Duration/Location
Expected completion within the following business days:
Remote delivery (onsite upon request, where available)
Logistics
- To be scheduled within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form and delivery of the consultancy services completed within one year of signing the Order Form.
- Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as set
out in the Order Form concluded between the parties ARIS’s Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request.

By the end of this engagement, you will have received support to:
