Key Assumptions

• ARIS subscription, including ARIS Flows, must be available before project start.
• Customer provides administrator access and participation from key stakeholders.
• ARIS environments are provisioned and ready for delivery activities.
• Workflow implementations are limited to standard ARIS Flows capabilities.
• Large package includes support for one source-system integration.
• Workflow complexity is limited to approximately 20 steps per workflow.
• Custom development, extensive integrations, and process redesign are outside scope unless separately agreed.

Duration/Location

Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes:

• Scheduling will occur within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
• Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
• Remote delivery (onsite upon request, where available)
