Key Assumptions

  1. Customer Participation – Customer provides access to key stakeholders, administrators, and business users for workshops, validation, and knowledge transfer.
  2. Repository & Content Availability – Relevant process documentation, repository content, and supporting materials are available to support AI Companion enablement and use case delivery.
  3. Licensing & Credits – ARIS AI Companion licenses, AI consumption credits, and any required Process Mining licenses are procured separately.
  4. Scope of Service – The engagement covers AI Companion enablement, adoption, governance, and use case implementation. Large-scale remediation, manual modelling, and custom development are outside scope unless separately agreed.
  5. Customer Ownership – Ongoing governance, user administration, and operational management of AI Companion remain the customer’s responsibility.
  6. Process Mining Prerequisites – Process Mining scenarios assume required datasets and connectivity are available or delivered separately.
  7. AI Output Validation – AI-generated content and recommendations require review and validation by customer subject matter experts before operational use.
  8. Content Quality Dependency – AI output quality is dependent on the quality and completeness of underlying repository content and source information.
