Assist your team in identifying and mapping critical processes, resources, and dependencies required to deliver IBS, laying the groundwork for effective operational assessments.

- Delivery Mode: Remote or onsite as preferred.
Additional professional service days may be required for any support beyond advisory support.

Logistics
- Scheduling will occur within 2-4 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
- Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
