Scope

This engagement includes the deployment and enablement activities required to establish a best-practice ARIS Last Mile experience layer and ensure successful adoption:

  • Deployment and configuration of the ARIS Last Mile Solution aligned to your agreed navigation concept and operating requirements.
  • Design and setup of a customized, user-friendly entry page that enables intuitive access to process content, SOPs, policies, and supporting documentation.
  • Administrator enablement and hands-on coaching to build internal capability for day-to-day configuration, navigation updates, and first-line support.
  • Post go-live stabilization and optimization support to fine-tune the user experience, validate navigation pathways, and ensure smooth adoption following launch.

Out of Scope / Not Covered

The following activities are not included within this offer:

  • Custom development or configuration beyond the standard Last Mile accelerator framework, including bespoke functionality outside supported configuration options.
  • Ongoing application management and maintenance services beyond the defined post go-live support period.

How does it work?

This is a 4-week engagement with a structured deployment and support model:


Key Assumptions

The successful delivery of this engagement is based on the following assumptions:

  1. Post-deployment ownership The customer assumes responsibility for ongoing maintenance and day-to-day administration following completion of the engagement, unless covered under Enhanced Support for ARIS SaaS.
  2. Environment readiness The customer’s ARIS environment is fully provisioned, accessible, and running on a supported release level (SR24 or higher) prior to the start of the engagement.
  3. Pre-engagement qualification completed The Last Mile Solution qualification and fit assessment has been completed and approved before project initiation to confirm scope alignment and deployment readiness.
  4. Language and localization The service is delivered in English only. Translation, localization, and multi-language content adaptation are not included within this offer.

Duration/Location

Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes


Logistics

  • Scheduling will occur within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
  • Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties
