The ARIS Content Excellence Framework Fast Track Services are offered in Basic and Advanced packages to suit your organization’s specific ARIS requirements
How does it work?
Our “Activate ARIS Content Excellence Framework” service is structured in phases to ensure a smooth and impactful experience:
Key assumptions
- Customer Access & Participation – Customer provides ARIS Administrator access and key stakeholder availability for workshops, reviews, and knowledge transfer.
- Repository & Standards Availability – Existing modelling standards and sufficient repository content are available to support assessment and framework design.
- Scope of Service – The service focuses on content quality, governance, and validation. Process redesign, large-scale remediation, custom development, and broader transformation activitie are excluded unless separately agreed.
- Smart Validation Framework – The Advanced Package includes deployment and configuration of the Smart Validation Framework with up to 20 validation rules. New accelerator development is not included.
- Delivery & Ownership – Services are delivered remotely in English unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing remediation, governance execution, and repository maintenance remain the customer’s responsibility.
Duration/Location
Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes:
- Additional professional service days may be required for any changes to the project scope.
- Scheduling will occur within 2-4 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
- Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
