Scope
This is a 5-day working day engagement. During this time, you will receive guidance on best practices and approaches for assessing your readiness for ARIS Process Mining and developing a business readiness plan.
How does it work?

By the end of this engagement, your team will:
- Assess and prioritize selected processes for mining.
- Determine data management best practices for selected processes.
- Initiate data governance procedures.
- Establish a business readiness plan.
Key Assumptions
- Up to five (5) candidate processes are selected for process mining readiness assessment prior to the engagement starting.
- The customer confirms the availability of process owner, business SMEs, source system SME and Data guardians.
- If required the customer shall grant view access to databases, data lakes and other relevant data sources (including privacy/governance sign-off) to the ARIS consultant.
- All business will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed to by ARIS Consultant and customer.
- The Services will be provided during business days and business hours as defined in the ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Duration/Location
Expected completion within five (5) working days.

Logistics
- To be scheduled within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form and delivery of the consultancy services completed within one year of signing the Order Form.
- Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as set out in the Order Form concluded between the parties.
- ARIS’s Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request.
