Key Assumptions

• Customer Resource Access: Ensure timely access to application owners, administrators, key users, and stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Required Inputs & Access: Provide relevant requirements, architecture/design documents, and necessary support for accessing target environments and solutions.
• Engagement Terms: Services will be delivered in English during standard business hours and are governed by ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Duration/Location

• Two and a half days of engagement (remote or onsite upon request).
• Remote delivery (onsite available upon request).

Logistics

• Scheduling needed within 2-4 weeks of signing Order Form and delivery completed within one year of signing the Order Form.
• Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
• ARIS Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request.
