Exceeding these limitations may require additional consultant mentoring days for data migration.
Key Assumptions
- Customer provides BPMN 2.0 compliant export files from the source platform
- Source content quality and BPMN compliance remain the responsibility of the customer.
- The service supports standard BPMN import capabilities available within ARIS.
- Repository governance standards and naming conventions are available or will be agreed during the engagement.
- Custom migration tooling, transformation scripts, or source-system development are outside scope unless separately agreed.
- Delivery is performed remotely in English unless otherwise agreed.
- Ongoing content remediation and repository governance remain the customer’s responsibility.
Duration/Location
Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes

- Scheduling will occur within 2-4 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
- Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
