This package covers three core ARIS learning paths: Administration, Process Modeling, and Process Mining. Customers can select the course most relevant to their roles, or bundle multiple courses to upskill across teams.

Key Assumptions

• Participants meet course prerequisites as defined in ARIS Academy
• Customer provides access to relevant ARIS environment(s), workstations, and conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• All business conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.
• Engagements governed by ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

• 1 x Certified ARIS Trainer per course
• Training materials, exercises
• A cloud-based training platform with virtual classrooms, self-paced learning, hands-on labs,
• assessments, and analytics

Duration/Location

• Duration varies by course: 2 or 3 days ILT
• Remote delivery (onsite upon request, where available)

Logistics

• Scheduling will occur within 2-4 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
• Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties
