With this offer, you will work with the consultant to leverage our Last Mile Solution to gain a flexible approach for enhancing your ARIS home page. This approach grants you easy navigation without the need for technical specialists or configuration.

This is a 4-week engagement: 2-weeks for deployment and 2-weeks of post-go-live support. During this time, you will receive access to, and deployment support for, the ARIS Last Mile Solution, which is maintained by ARIS Professional Services.

How it works

  1. You are provided with a link to access and download installation files.
  2. Installation, configuration, and user guides are provided.
  3. To help you get started, your consultant schedules a Last Mile demonstrator setup workshop with your ARIS administrator to guide you through the setup procedure.
  4. Next, your consultant facilitates your Last Mile User Interface design workshop, guiding you through best-practice examples and the “art of the possible” to develop your Last Mile User Navigation concept.
  5. The customer develops an adapted navigation for their company based on defined dimensions and the demo layout (internal workshops).
  6. Your consultant then helps you realize your Last Mile User Navigation concept and provides confirmation guidance and support.
  7. Finally, to ensure you are fully operational and supported, your consultant provides an operating manual covering instructions for service release updates, general maintenance, and support.

Service results

By the end of the engagement, you will have received access to, and deployment support for, the ARIS Last Mile Solution, along with:

  • Support for the initial installation and adoption of your organization’s entry page in ARIS.
  • Assistance with deployment of the demonstrator setup.
  • Support and enablement of your ARIS Administrators to become self-sufficient in basic configuration and support of the accelerator solution.
  • Hands-on guidance using best practice solution configurations to help design your personalized Last Mile user interface.
  • An operating manual for service-release handling, support, and maintenance operations.
