How it works
- You are provided with a link to access and download installation files.
- Installation, configuration, and user guides are provided.
- To help you get started, your consultant schedules two (2) half-day workshops to help create your first reports and answer any questions.
- Once you are creating and running your own ARIS Document Generator reports, support and maintenance are provided via your normal ARIS support contact procedures. A dedicated ARIS Document Generator support team will manage any service requests and maintain the solution in line with ARIS Service Releases.

ARIS Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request. Use of the tool is limited to a 12-month subscription term and will renew automatically at the conclusion of the term unless notified by the customer. After signing the Order Form and providing the required information for the license request, a global, time-limited license key will be issued for use with the tool.
