Scope

Activate ARIS Flows Fast Track Services follow a structured four-phase approach—Preparation, Design, Build, and Deploy & Handover—ensuring a guided, end-to-end experience. As detailed below each engagement is tailored to your organization’s specific workflow automation requirements to deliver maximum business value.

Scope limitations for all packages:
• One source system integration (Large package only)
• Workflow models up to 20 steps each

Exceeding these limitations may require additional consultant mentoring days for data preparation

How it works:

Our “Activate ARIS Flows” service is structured in phases to ensure a smooth and impactful experience:

  1. Kick-Off Workshop & Technical Setup: Define objectives and configure ARIS Flows environments.
  2. Workflow Design: Map business processes to executable workflow logic, tasks, participants, and rules.
  3. Build & Test: Configure workflows, task forms, notifications, and escalations in ARIS Flows.
  4. Deployment & Knowledge Transfer: Deploy workflows into production and train your team for ongoing scaling.

  • Small (S): Quick-start: 1 fully built workflow and foundational training

Key assumptions:

  • ARIS Contract including ARIS Flows: Must be signed prior to engagement.
  • ARIS Environment: ARIS 10.2025.10 2 or higher must be installed.
  • Administrator Access: Required for our consultants during the engagement for setup and execution.

Duration/Location:

Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes

Logistics

Scheduling will occur within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
