Operational Assessment
- Support your team in conducting operational assessments by mapping critical processes and resources required for IBS delivery.
How it works
Our expert consultants will guide you through the foundational phases of activating ARIS for Operational Resilience for a sample set of Important Business Services (IBS).

- Delivery of consulting services completed within one (1) year of Order Form signature.
- Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as outlined in the executed Order Form.
