Scope
Activate ARIS Process Mining Fast Track Services are customized to meet your specific ARIS requirements, as detailed below:
The scope of Process Mining for all packages is limited to:
- Up to five (5) individual KPI calculations
- One (1) source system
- Two (2) database tables containing activity data
Exceeding these limitations may require additional consultant mentoring days for data preparation.

Key assumptions
- ARIS Contract: Must be signed prior to engagement.
- ARIS Environment: ARIS 10 Service Release 26 or higher must be installed.
- Administrator Access: Required for our consultants during the engagement for setup and execution.

Duration/location
Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following time frames:

Logistics
- Scheduling will occur within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one (1) year of the signing date.
- Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
