Scope

The ARIS BPM Health Check includes a full review of your current business process management environment:

• Evaluation of your BPM objectives, key drivers, and constraints.
• An in-depth analysis of a representative sample of your process models.
• Coaching on modeling styles and conventions based on industry best practices.
• Identification of quick-win opportunities that can be addressed immediately.
• Delivery of a tailored roadmap for short-and long-term optimization.

How it works:

Pre-Engagement Preparation:

1. You will complete a questionnaire the provides some preliminary observations and areas to focus on during the assessment process.

Assessment Process:

2. Our expert consultants will conduct short interviews with four (4) key stakeholders connected to ARIS and interview the ARIS product owner.

3. Our expert then will review your ARIS implementation, database, and process models, focusing on optimization opportunities.

Interactive Review Workshop:

4. You will participate in a collaborative workshop where we will discuss the findings and explore immediate opportunities for improvement.

Tailored Roadmap & Recommendations:

5. You will receive a comprehensive, actionable roadmap outlining next steps to achieve greater value from ARIS.

Post-Engagement Support:

6. Optional ongoing check-ins to support implementation of the recommendations and ensure long-term success.

Key assumptions:

1. Timely access to the appropriate resources, such as application owners, administrators, keys users, and stakeholders who are involved in the identified environments and/or solutions, to answer questions and provide other feedback for the duration of the effort. 
2. The customer will provide: 
   • Appropriate information used to design the solution, such as functional requirements, business usage, architecture, and design documents. 
   • The necessary resource(s) to help access the identified production environments and solutions.  
3. All business will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed to by the ARIS consultant and the customer.
4. The services will be provided during business days and business hours as defined in the ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.
5. Engagement is governed by the ARIS Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Duration/Location:

Duration: Two and a half (2.5) days of engagement

Location: Remote (onsite available upon request)

Logistics

Engagement will be scheduled within 3-6 weeks of Order Form signature and delivery completed within one (1) year of Order Form signature.

Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as outlined in the executed Order Form between the parties. 

ARIS Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request.

Service results:

By the end of the engagement, you will receive:
