How it works
- The engagement begins with a Discovery Phase to assess used conventions, maturity level of modeled data content (readiness for change control), and accessibility to required configuration environment. CCL Questionnaire templates are provided to gather required baseline data.
- A kick-off workshop is conducted to introduce the CCL accelerator, validate the discovered baseline data, review CCL configuration options and recommendations, and plan the execution and roll-out.
- Next, the CCL accelerator is installed within your Configuration Environment, followed by a series of configuration workshops to complete the setup activities for the standard workflows.
- Once the accelerator has been fully configured, knowledge transfer sessions held, and functional testing completed, the accelerator is ready for production deployment and roll out.
- During the roll-out phase, the accelerator is deployed into the production environment, and post-go-live support is provided for configuration fine-tuning and Q&A for your support team.
