How it works
- The consultant conducts an introductory workshop to introduce typical migration approaches, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
- Next, your consultant assesses your current ARIS environment to define a tailored migration plan.
- Before initiating any migration activities, a deep-dive workshop is conducted to review any delta features and functionalities between current and target application versions. During this session, options for migrating configurations or returning to out-of-the-box (OOTB) standards are discussed.
- To complete the technical setup of your cloud environment, the consultant works with your Identity & Access Management team to identify the provider system and complete the necessary configurations to integrate with ARIS, including establishing Single Sign On (SSO) and associated authentication controls.
- Once the technical setup is completed, the consultant provides support for the migration process and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all data and configuration items, as defined in the migration plan.
