- Operational Assessment
- Supporting your team in executing operational assessments by mapping critical processes and resources necessary for IBS delivery.
How it works
Our expert consultants will guide you through the foundational phases of activating ARIS for Operational Resilience for a sample set of Important Business Services (IBS) as follows:

Key assumptions
- Organizational readiness includes basic business process documentation.
- ARIS licenses and access to relevant tools are in place.

Logistics
- To be scheduled within 2–6 weeks of signing Order Form and delivery of the consultancy services completed within one year of signing the Order Form.
- Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as set out in the Order Form concluded between the parties.
