Depending on the customer environment, this time-boxed activity will take up to 5 business days for Small, 10 business days for Medium and 20 business days for Large. The engagement includes the review of your current environment to size the duration to optimize the migration experience and results.

How it works

1. The consultant conducts an introduction workshop to introduce typical migration approaches, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
2. Next, your consultant assesses your current ARIS environment to define a tailored migration plan.
3. Before we initiate any migration actives a deep dive workshop is conducted to guide you through any delta features and functionalities between current and target application versions, during the workshop options for migration configurations or a return to OOTB standards is discussed.
4. To complete the technical setup of you cloud environment, our consultant works with your Identity & Access Management team, to identity the provider system where they need complete necessary configurations to integrate with ARIS and establish Single Sign On (SSO) and associated authentication controls.
5. Once the technical setup has been completed, our consultant provides support for the migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all data and configuration items as per the defined migration plan.
