Scope

Our Integrate ARIS Fast Track Service enables seamless integration between ARIS and third-party applications using one of the following approaches:

1. Using ARIS APIs Only:
   • Leverage ARIS APIs to allow third-party systems to perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) in ARIS.
   • Use ADS APIs to facilitate data exchange by importing extracted third-party data into ARIS.
   • Note: ARIS API licenses are required and must be provided by the customer.
2. Using Third-Party Application APIs Only:
   • Develop custom scripts to connect and integrate with exposed APIs of third-party applications.
     For advanced integration scenarios, such as combining ARIS APIs with third-party application APIs, our Integrate ARIS Fast Track Service can be enhanced and tailored to meet your specific needs.

• Data transfer for one object type and one relationship type

• On-demand execution (manual trigger, no automated scheduling)

How it works:

Engagement Breakdown:
1. Integration Design (1 day)

• Understand integration requirements and goals.
• Review ARIS API and third-party application API capabilities.
• Finalize integration design documentation.

2. Configuration & Deployment (3 days)

• Set up API connections in ARIS and/or third-party applications on availability of required APIs
• Configure scripts to enable data transfer and CRUD operations.

3. Testing (1 day)

• Validate integration workflows for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve any identified issues.

4. Documentation (1 day)

• Develop detailed documentation for the integration setup, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide a troubleshooting guide for common issues.

5. Knowledge Transfer (1 day)

• Conduct a hands-on session to train the customer team on maintaining and extending the integration.
• Address questions and finalize deliverables.

Key assumptions

1. ARIS Contract: Must be signed prior to engagement.
2. ARIS Environment: ARIS 10 Service Release 26 or higher must be installed.
3. Administrator Access: Required for our consultants during the engagement for setup and execution.
   • Customer provides Administrator access to ARIS and ensures availability of third-party system API resource/developer for integration configuration.
   • Customer provides the necessary information of the third-party system interface and supports any required configurations on the third-party system.
   • ARIS API licenses are procured by the customer, if required as per the agreed integration design
   • The scope is limited to configuring and testing available APIs; development of new APIs is out of scope.
   • The third-party system exposes its APIs for seamless integration with working configuration in Postman.
   • Imported data in ARIS will be created in the defined group and in the the model as inventory objects.
   • 3rd party system REST APIs uses JSON data format

Duration/Location

Our Integrate ARIS Fast Track Service is designed to deliver seamless integration within just 7 days per source system—offering speed, efficiency, and exceptional results.

For extended services or more complex integration requirements, additional professional service days can be arranged to meet your unique needs (assessed prior to engagement).

This service is delivered remotely for your convenience, with onsite options available upon request  (where applicable).

Logistics

To be scheduled within 3-6 weeks of signing the Order Form and delivery of the consultancy services completed within one year of signing the Order Form.

Pricing, travel costs, expenses, and costs for accommodation (if applicable) will be invoiced as set out in the Order Form concluded between the parties.
