    4. Working together, the customer and the consultant will implement the POC within the agreed scope. Once satisfied, the customer will sign off on the outcome.
    5. The consultant will support the customer for the first production synchronization.
    6. Quality Assurance as needed, ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
