How it works

1. Prior to the project the Software AG Sales or CSM contact will ensure the customer environment is provisioned for the use of ARIS Process Mining SaaS.
2. The customer will complete a questionnaire to help identify objectives, critical success factors, process and time frame and source sysem.
3. The consultant reviews the questionnaire and then conducts a kick-off workshop with the customer to introduce Process Mining and the data engineering requirements.
4. In the Business Workshop the customer objectives are discussed in detail and mapped to a process, a time frame, process measurements and dashboard requirements from a business perspective. 
5. During the Technical Workshop the functional requirements are mapped to the underlying data model of the process. 
6. Next, the consultant will guide the customer on the setup of the data pipeline to extract, transform and load process data into APM.
7. The customer then works with the consultant to customize the data model and configure the dashboard.
8. Data validation is conducted and signed off by the customer.
9. Following, first mining and process analysis is conducted to validate process analysis dashboards.
10. Finally, the consultant will facilitate your presentation of the analysis results to the stakeholders and make recommendations for further activities.
