The scope excludes any extensions to implemented ARIS Process Mining configurations such as dimensions (e.g., measures, calculated attributes), analysis or dashboards. But our Consultant Mentoring services can be leveraged at any time to address such support needs.

How it works

1. Your Process Mining Product Owner and Engineers will attend a kick-off meeting with a Software AG consultant to set expectations, define success criteria and schedule the engagement activities.
2. Your Software AG expert guides you through a series of five (5) workshops to define the data pipeline for continuous data extraction for ARIS Process Mining, developing a high-level design for moving and transforming data from your source systems, via a data lake/staging database to ARIS Process Mining.
3. Your internal teams then establish the processes for extracting data from source systems, transforming, combining, and validating that data, and loading it into the target repository either a staging database or data lake.
4. You are then guided through activities to familiarize yourself with installing and configuring the process extractor and data integration setting for ARIS Process Mining.
5. At the completion of the implementation, you will receive a fully described solution document that can be used as a basis for go-live.
6. The offer concludes with a Q&A and next steps discussion.
