Scope
Our ARIS Installation Service supports both Windows and Linux platforms and is offered in scalable packages tailored to your organization’s deployment needs—whether you’re setting up a single environment or a full multi-tier landscape.
In Scope
- Installation of up to three ARIS environments based on selected package tier
- Execution of one deployment scenario per engagement
- Support for Windows or Linux operating systems
- Setup of core ARIS services including Server, Connect, Administration, and ADS
- Configuration of SSO/SAML integration if included in scope
- Automated user provisioning using SCIM (System for Cross-Domain Identity Management) if included in scope.
Out of Scope
- LDAP or Kerberos integration (available via separate mentoring service)
- Custom scripting or advanced ARIS configurations
- New ARIS Process Governance Engine / ARIS Flows configurations
- Data migration or import/export of models or content
- Operational monitoring or long-term environment support
- Installation of third-party systems or tools
How it works
Our ARIS Installation Service is led by one of our experienced technical consultants and delivered in structured phases, ensuring a rapid, reliable installation aligned with proven best practices.
- Pre-installation planning and architecture design workshop
- Installation and configuration of ARIS components across selected environments
- Connectivity and license configuration
- Activation of ARIS Identity and Access Management (IDAM) including:
• SSO via SAML protocol
• Automated provisioning via SCIM - Environment smoke testing and validation
- Comprehensive documentation and operational handover
- Knowledge transfer for both ARIS administration and IDAM setup
Key assumptions
- Customer provides timely access to required systems, credentials, and network connections
- All infrastructure and prerequisites (VMs, DBMS, certificates) are ready before engagement starts
- Customer’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is available for SSO and SCIM-related configuration.
- Service delivery is in English unless otherwise agreed

Our Fast Track Service Packages are expected to be completed within the following timeframes:

Logistics
Scheduling will occur within 3–6 weeks of signing the Order Form, with consultancy services to be completed within one year of the signing date.
Pricing, along with travel, accommodation, and other expenses (if applicable), will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the Order Form agreed upon by both parties.
Service results
By the end of this engagement, you will receive:
- A fully installed and validated ARIS environment per selected scope
- Documented installation and configuration records
- Customer team trained and equipped to manage the ARIS platform
