Working with the consultant, you will identify candidate processes and data sets for mining.  
The consultant will work with you to: 
- Establish a process selection criteria for mining 
- Check example data sets / evaluate data amounts 
- Assess integration designs and efforts for living connections 
- Develop an Operating Model and role concept for roll out and transition to service operation. 
Finally, the consultant will deliver a recommended deployment approach for your ARIS Process Mining initiative.
